Insulation Foreman

**About Us**:
South Okanagan Insulation is a leading company in the insulation industry. We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable Insulation Foreman based in the Penticton area to oversee our insulation crews.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of the insulation crews.
- Oversee the installation of insulation in residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
- Ensure team adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
- Monitor and assess the quality of work performed by the insulation crews to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of materials and order supplies as needed.
- Train new team members on installation techniques and safety procedures.
- Solve job site problems and communicate with clients and management as needed.
- Fill in wherever is needed day to day.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or apprenticeship preferred.
- Knowledge of various types of insulation and installation techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
- Excellent verbal communication and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Physical fitness, able to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to commute to various job sites throughout the South Okanagan.
- Valid driver’s license.

**Wage**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
