About Us:

South Okanagan Insulation is a leading company in the insulation industry. We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable Insulation Foreman based in the Penticton area to oversee our insulation crews.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of the insulation crews.
  • Oversee the installation of insulation in residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
  • Ensure team adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor and assess the quality of work performed by the insulation crews to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain inventory of materials and order supplies as needed.
  • Train new team members on installation techniques and safety procedures.
  • Solve job site problems and communicate with clients and management as needed.
  • Fill in wherever is needed day to day.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or apprenticeship preferred.
  • Knowledge of various types of insulation and installation techniques.
  • Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
  • Excellent verbal communication and team management skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Physical fitness, able to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to commute to various job sites throughout the South Okanagan.
  • Valid driver's license.

Wage

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$40.00-$45.00 per hour
