**Position Overview**:
As Clinical Manager, you will support the work of Inspire Community Outreach and provide mission-based support to children, youth and families according to the ethics, policies and procedures we follow.

The Clinical Manager is responsible for providing clinical leadership and policy direction for all treatment programs; maintaining accepted standards of therapeutic practice; and providing administrative and professional supervision of all staff. The Clinical manager is responsible for the day to day operations activities of Inspire’s clinical programming and services.

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Provide management to an interdisciplinary team to work alongside families in new ways
- Nurturing positive relationships with families in high levels of distress
- Maintaining the online clinical software portals (e.g.Owl Management)
- Provide direction and help find solutions for the clinical team and caseload
- Evaluate client conditions to determine the level of care and assistance needed
- Work with families within an adapted family centered practice model to come up with effective and realizable treatment techniques that will yield meaningful results
- Be available Monday from 5-6pm to run clinical supervision
- Be able to manage time and schedule within allotted hours
- Be comfortable using online software

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-secondary degree in social work or counseling **(Must have valid Manitoba registration and own practice insurance)**:

- Minimum one year of experience in a management position
- Experience with online software (preferably Owl Management)
- Experience working independently and with mínimal supervision
- Experience supervising less staff
- Effective interpersonal communication and listening skills
- Demonstrated initiative and skills in case planning, crisis management, and programming
- Knowledge and understanding of youth development, family centered-care
- Experience working in cross-cultural settings
- Clear and current Criminal Record Check Clear and Child Abuse Registry Check
- Knowledge of neurodiversity and complex neurology _(preferred)_
