**Position Overview (Français à suivre)**

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the development and execution of project plans for all IT related projects.
- Collaborate with the project delivery team in establishing project methodologies, standards and best-practices corporate wide.
- Manage sprint releases and gradually convert the team to agile methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize deliverables.
- Manage risks and issues effectively, developing mitigation plans as needed.
- Provide regular project updates to delivery team and management.
- Participate in production deployments, handling end-to-end processes.
- Collaborate in establishing projects, software and quality metrics.
- Collaborate in implementing best practices with ITIL CAB and release management.

**Experience**
- Minimum 8 Years’s experience in project management / Scrum master.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar is ideal, as well PMP and CSM certifications.
- Must have experience working in JIRA / Confluence
- Experience establishing core and maintenance sprints and releases.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies.
- Ability to take ownership of projects with mínimal supervision, leveraging strong problem-solving skills to drive successful outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret business requirements and work with technical teams in creating the necessary technical design documents and contributing to growing our knowledge base.
- Excellent time management, accountability and quick learner to work with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking / handling multiple efforts at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills ( English and French ) in working with different stakeholders across the company, including non-technical roles.
- Experience working in a FinTech, payments, finance or banking organization is an asset.

**Rôle et responsabilités**:

- Vous êtes en charge de l'élaboration et de l'exécution des plans de projet pour tous les projets liés à la technologie de l'information.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe chargée de l'exécution des projets pour établir des méthodologies, des normes et des meilleures pratiques à l'échelle de l'entreprise.
- Gérer les versions sprint et convertir progressivement l'équipe aux méthodologies agiles.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les parties prenantes de l'entreprise pour définir les besoins et hiérarchiser les produits à livrer.
- Gérer efficacement les risques et les problèmes, en élaborant des plans d'atténuation si nécessaire.
- Fournir des mises à jour régulières du projet à l'équipe de livraison et à la direction.
- Participer aux déploiements en production, en gérant les processus de bout en bout.
- Collaborer à l'établissement de projets, de logiciels et de mesures de la qualité.
- Collaborer à la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques avec ITIL CAB et la gestion des versions.

**Expérience**
- Minimum 8 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet / Scrum master.
- Une licence en informatique ou similaire est idéale, ainsi que les certifications PMP et CSM.
- Expérience de travail avec JIRA / Confluence.
- Expérience dans l'établissement de sprints et de versions de base et de maintenance.
- Expérience confirmée dans la réalisation de projets dans un environnement en constante évolution.
- Forte compréhension du cycle de vie et des méthodologies de développement de logiciels.
- Capacité à prendre en charge des projets avec un minimum de supervision, en mettant à profit de solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes pour obtenir de bons résultats.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Solides compétences analytiques, capacité à interpréter les exigences commerciales et à collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour créer les documents de conception technique nécessaires et contribuer à l'enrichissement de notre base de connaissances.
- Excellente gestion du temps, sens des responsabilités et capacité d'apprentissage rapide pour travailler avec un minimum de supervision dans un environnement en évolution rapide, en effectuant plusieurs tâches à la fois.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale (anglais et français) pour travailler avec différentes parties prenantes au sein de l'entreprise, y compris des rôles non techniques.
- L'expérience de travail dans une FinTech, les paiements, la finance ou l'organisation bancaire est un atout.
