En tant que spécialiste du soutien à la clientèle chez Solutions Faxinating, vous inscrirez et installerez des fournisseurs de petite et moyenne taille afin qu'ils puissent échanger des documents avec des chaînes d'épicerie et de pharmacie partout en Amérique du Nord. Vous devrez également effectuer d'autres tâches associées au service à la clientèle. Nos services comblent le vide technologique entre les petites et les grandes entreprises et sont essentiels à la chaîne d'approvisionnement. Une partie importante de votre rôle en tant que spécialiste du soutien à la clientèle consistera à guider ces fournisseurs, étape par étape, dans un processus technique.

Conditions de travail

Au sein d’une équipe, vous travaillerez principalement de votre domicile et vous serez en contact avec vos collègues par le biais de chats en ligne. Le premier mois d'emploi est considéré comme une période de formation. Pendant cette période, vous consulterez la documentation interne de notre service à la clientèle et de vos collègues pour obtenir des instructions et des informations.

Vous fournirez un soutien lié à notre logiciel exAct / portail Web depuis la configuration initiale (enregistrement des clients et des relations commerciales), la formation et les tests jusqu'au soutien logiciel de base, la résolution des problèmes et la coordination continue.

Vous fournirez des informations en français ou en anglais aux clients actuels et potentiels, par téléphone et par courrier électronique, de manière amicale et professionnelle. À l'occasion, par le biais de réunions Zoom, vous fournirez une formation aux clients sur l'utilisation de notre logiciel ou de notre portail Web.

Des compétences techniques, le souci du détail, la curiosité intellectuelle, la coordination, l'organisation, la patience, la capacité à résoudre des problèmes, la dactylographie, le multitâche et le suivi en temps voulu sont nécessaires pour ce poste.

Connaissance des bases de données, de l'EDI, et du XML sont des atouts.

Exigences

Vous devez être parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais - oral et écrit. Vous devez avoir terminé au moins une année d'études postsecondaires. Vous devez avoir des connaissances en informatique, avoir travaillé avec Microsoft Office, Windows et pouvoir naviguer un accès à distance. Vous devez disposer d'une connexion Internet fiable et d'un ordinateur en bon état de fonctionnement. Ce poste exige de travailler occasionnellement dans nos bureaux situés au 1255, autoroute Transcanadienne, Dorval, Québec.

**As a Client Support Specialist with Faxinating Solutions, you will register and set up small and medium-sized suppliers so that they can exchange documents with grocery and pharmacy chains throughout North America. You will also be required to perform other tasks associated with Customer Service. Our services bridge the technology gap between small and large companies and are essential to the supply chain. An important part of your role as a Client Support Specialist will be to guide these suppliers, step-by-step, through a technical process.

Working Conditions

As part of a team, you will work mainly from home and you will be in close contact with colleagues through online chats. The first month of employment is considered a training period. During that time, you will consult our internal Customer Support documentation and colleagues for instructions and information.

You will provide support related to our exAct software / web portal - from initial setup (customer and trading relationship registration), training and testing through to basic software support, problem solving and ongoing coordination.

Technical skills, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, coordination, organization, patience, problem-solving ability, typing, multi-tasking and timely follow-ups are necessary for this position.

Knowledge of databases, EDI, XML, Excel macros are assets.

**Requirements**:
You must be fluently bilingual in French and English - oral and written. You must have completed at least one year of post-secondary education. You must be computer literate, have worked with Microsoft Office, Windows and can navigate remote access. You must have a reliable Internet connection and a well-functioning computer. This position requires occasional work at our offices located at 1255 TransCanada Highway, Dorval, Quebec, Canada.
