**Logistics Coordinator (Vaughan) - Full Time Days - Mon - Fri.**

Frontier Supply Chain Solutions Inc is a medium sized provider of US and Canadian Customs Services, Trade Consulting, Supply Chain Logistics, including parcel, courier delivery, and warehousing services.


Join our growing operation and work with our clients with their fulfillment and customer service needs. As the Fulfilment Clerk, you will work alongside Logsitics Coordinators and the Customer Service Account Manager to ensure all fulfillment activities are completed, and communicated with our clients.. Paperwork, computer entries, and customer service to our client and end recipients will be coordinated and completed by you on a timely and accurate basis.

This is a great role for you to join a team and have an impact. This is an important role in our company’s supply chain process.

Main responsibilities:

- Complete all pick and pack operations for our clients.
- Complete tracking and coordinate all activities to ensure all clients freight orders and requests are completed timesly & accurately.
- Update database and spreadsheets to reflect changes in inventory.
- Communicate with our warehouse & logistics staff regarding the status of our clients inbound and outbound freight.
- Complete clerical tasks such as scanning, copying, and filing.
- Assist with projects such as researching options or opportunities for our warehouse capacity for our clients inventory.

- Excellent computer skills. Can learn software easily.
- Exp. w/shipping docs BOL’s, and other office documents needed.
- Exp. communicating with warehouse personnel.
- Education or Exp. in supply chain logistics or warehouse are assets.
- Physically capable work in the warehouse as needed. Ie. Lifting, transporting, packing, unpacking freight up to 50 lbs.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
