**INVENTORY SYSTEMS SUPERVISOR**

**REPORTS TO: Revenue Management**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage/balance inventory across Lightspeed / One Yield / CI / Marsha and ensure property inventory fully balanced in each system
- Review all Group & Tour projections in CI from Sales once contract goes Definite
- Assign Activities to Group & Tour Reservations in CI to create Mini Hotel Code for each Group
- Coordinate with Group & Tour Reservations, and Events, to ensure accuracy of Group & Tour Actualizations
- Attend daily / weekly / ad hoc projection meetings
- Conduct One Yield Supply maintenance
- Work with Group & Tour Reservations to determine whether to accept rooms above block
- Assist with additional needs from Group & Tour Reservations teams for group block creation and/or monitoring pickup for future dates
- Other duties as assigned by Management
- Manage Out of Order Rooms as instructed Front Office / Operations
- Sync Out of Order Rooms between Lightspeed / Marsha / One Yield
- Communicates between departments to minimize disruptions caused by Out of Order inventory
- Oversees FIT Blocks, Airline Blocks, and Sales Hold Blocks

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong Lightspeed Property Management System knowledge is critical
- CI/TY / Marsha / One Yield experience is an asset
- 2 years previous Front Desk/Reservations/Revenue Management at a Legacy Starwood hotel
- Must have strong communication skills in English, verbal and written
- Must be able to implement and maintain Wall Centre and Marriott standards, policies and procedures
- High self-initiative, self-starter, dependable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- MS Word and Excel knowledge is an asset
- Walking and standing for long periods of time may be required; you must be able to exert a well-paced mobility to get to other departments in the hotel on a timely basis
- Must be able to sit at a desk for more than 8 hours a day, with the ability to spend extended lengths of time viewing a computer screen
- Must be able to lift 40lbs occasionally
- Scheduling flexibility including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and stat holidays

**SCHEDULE**:

- In addition to working on 3 weekdays each week, this position will work most Saturdays & Sundays to assist with weekend coverage, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Some exceptions will apply
