Love working outdoors? Southwest Property Care is looking for Experienced Garden Crew Members to join our team this year

**Details and qualifications**
- Looking for first week of April start.
- Previous experience in lawn maintenance and softscapes with an attention to detail.
- Skills with ground maintenance equipment and accepted practices (zero turn mowers, push mowers, blowers, trimmers, hand tools etc).
- Hours are typically Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm - with some Saturdays offered/needed when schedule is affected by weather.
- Valid G class Ontario license needed with clean drivers abstract and some experience driving truck and trailer in the city would be an asset.
- Physically fit and ready to work in all weather - rain or shine.

**Responsibilities**
- Adhere to all policies, procedures and safety protocols.
- Load and unload tools and equipment.
- Plan jobs in an effective manner to ensure optimum efficiency.
- Tree, shrub and plant examination and treatment.
- Care for growing plants by watering, weeding, pruning, cultivating and removing dead/damaged material.
- Prune trees, shrubs and hedges.
- Cart and spread topsoil, seed and other materials.
- Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees.
- Edge garden beds and install mulch.
- Perform other duties to clean and maintain work sites, company vehicles, equipment, shop/storage etc.

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
