Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Crew Lead at Applied Industrial Flooring located in London, ON. As a Crew Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the crew members. This includes assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining a high level of quality in the work performed. Although the role is predominantly located in London, ON, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
  • Experience in industrial flooring installation and concrete restoration
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to enforce them
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements
  • Experience operating machinery and equipment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
