The Product Learning Specialist will be part of the Product Learning & CX Enablement team (aka the Learning Lab). The Product Learning Specialist will design and develop engaging learning experiences that deliver on a best-in-class customer journey, and execute initiatives to ensure our customer-facing teams make the most of our products and best practices.

Hi, I’m Brietta I’m the lucky person who gets to lead our Product Learning & Services Enablement team - also known as The Learning Lab.

The Learning Lab is rocketing into a high-growth phase: we've identified what our customers and consultants need to succeed, and now it's time to build it out. Among other projects - you'll never be bored - we're rebuilding our onboarding program, strengthening customer tools and templates, and building out a customer LMS. The Product Learning Specialist will develop internal and external product learning, best practice playbooks, and job aids that deliver on a best-in-class customer journey and learning experience.

**Your Day-to-Day - let’s break it down**

**Learning Design and Development (80%)**
**_Measures of Success:_**_ Time-to value for customers (adoption, engagement), content delivery, onboarding success of new hires, creation and curation of learning guides and support materials, and quality of project delivery._
- Own full-cycle development of eLearning and ILT resources from knowledge
transfer to design and authoring.
- Synthesize knowledge from different SMEs, stakeholders, and documentation
sources into engaging, effective learning experiences.
- Create job aids and customer tools including infographics, guidance
resources, slide decks.
- Develop storyboards and prepare narrative scripts in appropriate training
media with an emphasis on interactive learning experience.
- Design and develop video and micro-learning content that can be adapted to
a range of internal and external usage.
- Conceptualize, develop, and implement evaluation measures including
knowledge checks, practice activities, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning opportunities,
objectives and measures to deliver to our various customer segments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and
organizational alignment across internal and external learning content.

**Enablement (20%)**
**_Measures of Success:_**
- Manage a sustainable content in our internal and external learning management systems.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to curate content for both our customers and employees to ensure ease-of-use.
- Continuously identify process gaps and areas for improvement that can lead to measurable post-sale outcomes such as time-to-value and customer NPS.
- Support process adherence in order to facilitate seamless project delivery and CX operations.
- Collect and integrate feedback on the usability and effectiveness of customer and consultant enablement tools.
- Partner with Product team to ensure that the CX team receives smooth and timely communication of relevant updates, and additional training and enablement when required.

**People Who Excel (Your Background)**:

- 3-5 years’ experience developing adult learning content for internal and external audiences, including eLearning, ILT, job aids, video, and infographics.
- A clear talent for translating complex concepts into accessible, engaging learning content.
