Front desk concierge greets and directs visitors, responds to incoming calls and answers inquiries. Shifts will be Days, Evenings and Alternate Weekends.

Answer all incoming calls in a pleasant/professional manner and forward them to the appropriate person or department, taking messages if the individual is not available, and ensure the messages are delivered as promptly as possible.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

Excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills
Professional and Polished telephone manner
Ability to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 28-36 per week

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

All Employees are required to wear a mask for the duration of there shift
