**What will your job look like?**:
You will:

- Lead document and contract management activities, focusing on business performance management and commercial levers for mega deals.
- Supports contract negotiation by participating with a senior legal counsel in complex deal negotiations by preparing presentations, contract summary, responsibility matrix, risk analysis and contract drafting.
- Assists in pre-sales and post sales activities by providing presentations on contract awareness, managing project activities, deliverables and obligations, and reporting to leadership.
- Ensures contract compliance with internal policies and legal requirements, and conduct risk analysis.
- Collaborates with various teams across Sales, PMO, Resource Management, and multiple levels of cross portfolio of legal, finance and business leaders.
- Established a strong contract management discipline throughout a contract lifecycle, monitoring of contractual obligations and deliverable, identify and manage various risks and issues, communicates commercial lever opportunities and key value drivers.
- Minimize potential for litigation by operating with a dispute preventive mindset.
- Provides information, documentations, support, guidance, and contract interpretation requested during audits.
- Participation in special projects with impact in business and legal.

- Full time Graduation Degree. Paralegal/legal degree preferred but not vital.
- Proficient in contract drafting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial contracts.
- Excellent analytical ability, strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
