**Looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual. Previous experience in a chiropractic or physiotherapy clinic preferred.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed
- Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions
- Welcome, assist, and interact with patients
- Source of information for patients: location(s), services, clinicians, events, coverage
- Front desk décor and setup
- New patient checklist
- Appointment bookings
- Billings and collections
- Front desk and patient waiting area are clean and organized
- Treatment space, rooms and exercise area are clean and organized

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
- At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred
- Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills
- Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
- Experience in a chiropractic or physiotherapy clinic not essential but preferred
- Familiarity with Blue Cross, Telus Portal, Provider Connect and HCAI preferred

Group Benefits

If you work greater than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible for our group benefits, which include Prescription Drug, Dental, Vision, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and Massage coverage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-38 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
