In this role, you will work alongside a cross-functional team of Product Owners, Development & QE Managers, and Vendors managing the delivery of medium complex Wealth Management Digital iterative waterfall and agile projects. You will serve a range of different stakeholders and be responsible for building and improving relationships across all levels of the organization. It will require you to provide agile project management servant leadership to your team and stakeholders. You will act as the main point of contact for assigned projects, prioritize work, address impediments, mitigate risks and issues, and ensure that projects are running efficiently and delivered with a high level of quality.

**What will you do?**
- Organizes, facilitates & leads the agile program processes and their execution, escalates impediments, manages risk, and helps drive program-level continuous improvement
- This role is a “hands-on” collaborative and facilitative role that drives all the Project ceremonies and processes associated with the RBC scaled Agile Management Framework (AMF) and holds the overall responsibility for all the processes and people involved in the project deliveries within the Agile Release
- Provide end-to-end project management; including but not limited to building and managing the detailed schedule, managing financials, resource forecasting, identifying risks, and proposing solutions
- Identification and management of dependencies; ensuring dependent work is closely tracked and delivered to prevent schedule slippage
- Collect project performance indicators, build status reports, Management & VP-level presentations

**What do you need to succeed?**

The success of this role is measured in terms of how well project processes are being planned and executed as well as the success and predictability of the team delivering on the program objectives and commitments.

**Must-have**:

- 3+ years of Agile Project Management and/or Scrum Master experience
- Advanced knowledge of Agile Project Management workflows (agile ceremonies, work back schedules, release burndown)
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to Senior Directors and VPs
- Proven ability to manage projects with third-party vendors and significant technology components
- Advanced knowledge of the change management and risk management

**Nice-to-have**:

- Undergraduate degree (preferred) - Preferably in Technology, Business, or Financial Services
- Project/Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g. PMP, CSM, PSM, and/or SAFe)

**Job Summary**
