Aerial Crop Duster

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Operate aircraft in a safe, legal and efficient manner at all times
- Conduct pre-flight inspections to ensure the aircraft is in proper working condition
- Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to flight plans
- Monitor operation of engine and aircraft systems during flight
- Communicate with air traffic control and other pilots to ensure safe navigation
- Perform regular maintenance checks on the aircraft and report required repairs to ground personnel
- Be willing to assist with training of new pilots, mixers and other employees related to the aerial spraying operations.

Credentials and Experience include:

- A valid commercial pilot's license
- Manitoba Pesticide Applicators License
- Current Medical
- Good Turbine Experience, (looking for a minimum of 500 hours total flying time) preferably on a 502 with Satlock GPS, but consideration will be given if experience is on other aircraft & guidance systems
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $50.00-$75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
