**The Role**
Reporting to Director of Enterprise Systems & OKR Champion, the ERP Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting the ERP Project Manager to ensure successful implementation and integration of the new ERP system across all business units working with internal and external teams.
**The Team**

The work is diverse, challenging, and fulfilling, and includes product development of our core SaaS platform and tools, integrations with our broad range of partners, business process automation, platform scale and security investments, and close partnership with our Analytics and AI team on developing novel insights. **What You’ll Do**
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders in Business analysis, Requirements Gathering, Systems specifications, Process Mapping, and Data Flow Mapping.
- Responsible for completing the ERP Migration project deliverables on-time, on-scope, and on-budget.
- Obtain key inputs from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Technical teams, and identify solution interdependencies.
- Participates in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions.
- Produce Current state and Future state process maps and data flow documents.
- Translate business requirements into system definitions and solutions.
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with ERP Project Manager.
- Clearly articulate and document business requirements and Definition of Done.
- Document actions and project status from cross-departmental / business unit meetings.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth system migration.
- Produce training manuals and user guides to accelerate system adoption.
- Responsibilities described may change over time and additional responsibilities may be added or modified over the course of employment to meet the needs of the business.

**Who You Are**
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Dynamics F&O, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite.
- Strong understanding and experience of the end-to-end ERP implementation project life cycle.
- Proven track record in Business Analysis, System Analysis, and Process Analysis.
- Diverse industry/business process experience, ideally including eCommerce, Supply chain, Finance.
- Demonstrated ability to act as liaison between team members and department leads.
- Intermediate to advanced experience of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Business reporting and presentation skills.
- Project management and coordination experience in an Agile environment.
- Experience with Data Analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau is an asset.
- Experience and knowledge in CRM and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is an asset.
- Experience and knowledge in SQL programming is an asset.
- PMI-PBA, CSM certifications preferred.
