**What we’re looking for**:
As a Truck Dispatcher with Envision Cold, you will be key in orchestrating the movement of goods and ensuring they reach their destinations efficiently and on time. With a keen eye for detail, impeccable communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving, you will navigate the complexities of routes, schedules, and unforeseen challenges.

**What you’ll do (including, but not limited to)**:

- Track shipments.
- Plan Driver routes.
- Plan equipment uses & status with Operations.
- Communicate with customers about freight details, delivery or pickup times, and special handling requests.
- Prepare dispatch documents, as well as generate freight bills and invoices.
- Solve customer complaints and monitoring shipments.
- Ensure that driver complies with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipment details and vehicle information.
- Monitor truck movements and guide drivers on their routes via text and phone.
- Track delivery time.
- Review truck drivers' logs.
- Transmit shipment details to customers.

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- A minimum of 1 year Commercial Truck dispatch experience required
- 2+ Years Customer Service experience
- Minimum 40 WPM Typing & Texting
- Fluency with Technology, including but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, Google Sheets
- Clear Written & Spoken English
- Exceptional organization and customer service skills
