Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Project Management Consultant Resource for our Federal Government client.

The following responsibilities are associated with the “Statement of Work” but are not limited to:
Primary Responsibilities

Under the direction of Director, Planning and Delivery:

- Oversee and assist with the implementation of medium-to-large sized projects
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on matters relating to project management practices

and methodologies
- Monitor project risks, issues, and interdependencies while delivering defined scope and work plans

within defined quality, timeframes, and project budget
- Track, monitor, and communicate project progress against project plan, requirements, quality

measures, standard processes, and milestones using a variety of project management tools
- Provide project management expertise for all project activities by working with stakeholders, project

team members and groups across the Bank, using proven project management best practices and

methodologies
- Assist with developing and maintaining supporting documentation, executive briefings, and records of

decisions, while ensuring completeness and consistency aligned with the document management policies
- Organize electronic material in a way that items can be shared with others in a timely manner
- Collect, assess, and prepare background materials for workshops, meetings, and presentations
- Track and coordinate change notices, requests, and modifications to project documentation, including,

but not limited to, naming conventions, versioning, and templates
- Assist project resources in the drafting and issuance of project deliverables and associated

documentation to stakeholders and follow-up for input and feedback
- Maintain collaborative relations with all members of the project teams, including all stakeholders, to

support the successful delivery of the project’s objectives
- Other activities and deliverables, as required

Required Qualifications & Skills

The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills:

- University degree or college diploma in business administration, project management or a related field
- A minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated recent project management experience
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple initiatives concurrently and effectively managing

interdependencies

Additional Qualifications

The following will also be considered:

- SCRUM Master Certification
- PMP Certification
