We at Fidelity PAC Metals are one of the leading distributors in the Stainless Steel industry and have an immediate opening for a Sales administrator on a permanent basis.

**Advantages**
- Straight day shift 8:30-5pm, at the Milton facility
- Rate of pay between $45,000-$50,000/year (based on experience)

**Responsibilities**
- Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features

**Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales Support agent
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating ability to build relationships
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills, including written and verbal
- English/French Bilingual is preferred, but not a requirement.
- Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Steel Manager 3 (SM3) is preferred, but not a requirement
- Work-related references
