**Job Description: Automation Electrical Assembler (Full-time)**
As a Automation Electrical Assembler, your hands on trades skills will be utilized to build clean, well tested and professionally installed automation equipment. Automation Electrical Assemblers are responsible for taking the designs from engineering to reality for everything electrical from sensor and cables for full panel builds. We combine our engineering team to equally listen to recommendations, adapt and evolve our standards for ease of building and installation based on assembler feedback.
Projects will range from small service trips up to multi-million dollar projects with teams. In this role, you will be responsible for laying out and building panels according to schematics and machine wiring. Experienced individuals will be a part of large installation and leading electrical contractors on site.
The machines we work on range from small special purpose assembly machines to large converting machines, no two projects are ever the same. We operate in a fast-paced, high empowerment workplace so self-motivated individuals looking for a challenge, this is for you. This is not a maintenance or OEM repeat machine build position.
**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Strong ability to read electrical schematics
- Knowledge regarding ESA requirements for building equipment in the province of Ontario
- Tools for electrical work including, but not limited to, panel building, machine wiring, testing, and commissioning
- A safety-first mindset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work alone or in groups
- Electrical certification/training within the province of Ontario (309A and 442A)
- Panel building experience in a SI or OEM environment
- Ability to Travel (International) up to 2 weeks at a time
- Located within 45 minutes of our office (Brantford, Ontario)
**Compensation**
- Salary range based on experience $28 - $40 / hr
- Paid overtime after 40 Hours

**All applicants must be able to perform the following tasks as an Automation Electrical Assembler**
- Walk up to 5 km per day
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand and work at heights (training will be provided if required)
- Work in confined spaces (training will be provided if required)
- React quickly to sounds
- Wear protective gear, including safety shoes, glasses, vests, and masks as required
