Sous la supervision du chef de l’unité Arestin, le titulaire du poste effectue les opérations de remplissage et d’emballage dans le département de l’Unité Arestin à partir d’instructions précises dans le respect des bonnes pratiques de fabrication, des procédures et des consignes de sécurité.

**Fonctions principales**

**Production des lots**
- Effectue le travail de remplissage, d’opération et d’emballage de l’Unité Arestin en respect des procédures en place
- S’assure de suivre les étapes de production tels que spécifiées dans la fiche de production
- Complète avec diligence la documentation en cours de production
- Contrôle la qualité en cours de production et avise le responsable lors de déviations au procédé
- Effectue des inspections de produits lorsque nécessaire
- Est garant de compléter la documentation nécessaire lors de déviations
- S’assure de la disponibilité du matériel nécessaire à l’exécution de ses tâches
- S’assure du maintien de son poste de travail et des équipements selon les normes qualité BPF et HSE
- S’implique dans le travail d’équipe et participe au développement des nouvelles méthodes de travail
- Est garant du maintien de ses qualifications techniques et de sa connaissance des méthodes et procédures en vigueur.
- Effectue toute autre tâche connexe à la demande de son gestionnaire

**équipements et matériel**
- Est garant de la vérification du bon état de fonctionnement et de la conformité des équipements, du matériel et des locaux
- S’assure de l’utilisation conforme des équipements.
- Informe le chef d’équipe et/ou le gestionnaire lors de problèmes rencontrés
- Respecte les standards de production (TRS, Productivité, Rendements).
- S’assure de respecter les consignes
- Peut effectuer le montage de certains équipements
- Effectue le lavage des équipements et des locaux
- Peut vérifier, compléter et transmettre les dossiers de lots et documents de conditionnement
- Prend les mesures nécessaires pour préserver l’intégrité des personnes, des biens et des produits en cas d’anomalie.
- Fait les entrées dans les systèmes de gestion de production

**BPF et HSE**
- Effectue son travail dans le respect des normes, politiques et procédures BPF et HSE en vigueur
- Applique au quotidien les directives, procédures et instructions HSE
- Est garant de déclarer tout événement qualité/HSE à son gestionnaire
- Communique les problèmes et propose des améliorations
