**Position**:OS&D Clerk

**Location**:Laval, QC

**Type of Employment**:Full-Time - Monday to Friday 07:30am to 4:30pm

What to Expect

**SUMMARY**:
The OS&D Clerk is responsible for investigating and reporting all overages, shortages, and damages from drivers and agents and reporting the results of these findings and investigations on a daily basis.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Complete all OSD operations
- Ensure freight is scanned accurately and daily.
- Ensure freight is staged in appropriate area.
- Ensure all unlabeled freight is reported daily
- Ensure all freight has been inducted into OS&D manager.
- Ensure all damaged freight is inspected and processed.
- Ensure a safe and efficient working area.
- Ensure all freight is kept organized and easily accessible.
- Investigate reported OS&D shipments across Canada using the following methods:

- Check computer for information and/or special shipment instructions.
- Find out if a sub has been cut.
- Check for Proof of Delivery.
- Find out if it is a duplicate.
- Find out if the shipment is on a later flight or trailer using split shipment report.
- Check original waybill for cubes or if account has specialist on site, consult on site.
- Communicate the results of the investigation to the branches or daily agents.
- Any additional duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in operations
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Bilingual (English and French) is required
