Caffè La Tana is an award winning artisanal Italian caffè nestled in little italy on commercial drive, renowned for its old-world charm and dedication to authentic Italian cuisine. With a focus on handmade pasta and freshly sourced ingredients, La Tana transports with tastes of Italy with every dish.

We are seeking a dedicated cook that is experienced in pasta making to join our culinary team and continue delivering the exceptional quality that defines us. If you have a passion for pasta making and looking for an opportunity to expand your craft, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce a variety of fresh pasta by hand and with machinery, ensuring the highest quality and consistency that our guests have come to love.
- Work closely with our talented kitchen team to create both classic and contemporary pasta dishes, bringing creativity and tradition to every plate.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pasta production area, following food safety standards to the letter.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in pasta making, with deep expertise in dough preparation, shaping techniques, and producing pasta to the highest standards.
- Available for early morning shifts.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, with a genuine love for crafting authentic dishes.
- Ability to maintain consistency and quality in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
