Halifax, Canada McNally Construction Inc. Full time

Reporting to the Project Manager, the **Project Administrator** will be responsible for the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with project accounts payable matching packing slips with invoices
- Responsible for project employee onboarding and documentation tracking
- Support project staff with administrative tasks as required
- Responsible for receiving and filing of incoming correspondence and deliveries
- Carries out other responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager
- Assist with expenses and MasterCard submission

**Key Requirements**:
**Education**
- Post-secondary Business Administrative diploma or equivalent

**Experience**
- At least 2 years experience in business administrative role
- Computer efficiency in Microsoft Office programs
