We are looking for a **QA Analyst** to join our team. In this role, working alongside Ramzi, our VP of Product, you will be responsible for performing quality assurance tasks for all features and functionalities on our platforms, as well as our internal processes and procedures for our post booking subsystems. To hit the ground running in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of the basic principles of QA and testing processes. By uncovering and investigating issues, you will ultimately identify fixes and recommend improvements. You will work in close collaboration with key business stakeholders, product owners and developers. It is imperative that you are curious by nature, you like to solve problems, a large number of cases to test does not scare you & you want to influence the outcome of a successful and pleasant booking process for our customers.

- Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases;
- Documenting and maintaining test procedures for future reference and compliance;
- Conducting manual and automated tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose;
- Analyzing the results of tests and providing meaningful reports to the development team;
- Testing both the front end user interface and back end databases to ensure a seamless user experience;
- Performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved;
- Validating API functionality, performance, and security;
- Working closely with the development and product teams to understand requirements and to ensure quality and timely delivery of features;
- Participating in agile development processes and attending all scrum-related meetings;
- Comfortable working in a bilingual and fast-paced environment.

Nous recherchons un analyste en assurance qualité pour rejoindre notre équipe. Dans ce rôle, aux côtés de Ramzi, notre vice-président des produits, vous serez responsable de l'exécution des tâches d'assurance qualité pour toutes les caractéristiques et fonctionnalités de nos plateformes, ainsi que pour nos processus et procédures internes pour nos sous-systèmes de post-réservation. Pour être opérationnel dans ce rôle, vous devrez avoir une solide compréhension des principes de base de l'assurance qualité et des processus de test. En découvrant et en examinant les problèmes, vous identifierez les solutions et recommanderez des améliorations. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les principales parties prenantes, les propriétaires de produits et les développeurs. Il est impératif que vous soyez curieux de nature, que vous aimiez résoudre des problèmes, qu'un grand nombre de cas à tester ne vous effraie pas et que vous souhaitiez influencer le résultat d'un processus de réservation réussi et agréable pour nos clients.

- Créer des plans de test et des cas de test détaillés, complets et bien structurés ;
