Nous sommes situés au cœur du charmant quartier du Plateau Mont-Royal, notre équipe est prête à accueillir une personne parfaitement bilingue et ayant de l'expérience en supervision pour occuper le poste **d'assistant-gérant** et se joindre au département de la distribution.

Ici, nous préparons, cuisinons, assemblons et emballons (avec beaucoup d’amour ) des aliments végétaliens frais pour ensuite les livrer à nos restaurants et clients partout au Québec.

Ce que tu feras:

- S’assurer que la production quotidienne est effectuée et complétée de façon sécuritaire et efficace.
- Appliquer les règlements et les exigences du MAPAQ, de la CNESST et de la Ville de Montréal.
- Assurer la qualité de tous les produits fabriqués et emballés
- Motiver et encadrer les employé.ées pour qu'ils/elles donnent le meilleur d'eux-mêmes.
- Aider à l'organisation et au développement du département
- Participer à l'élaboration des listes de tâches et des documents de formation.
- Toutes les autres tâches associées au département

Preparing our delicious vegan food for Montrealer’s has been our bread and veggie butter for the past twenty-five years. We take the time to craft each item on our menu especially for our clients.

Situated in the heart of the charming Plateau Mont-Royal neighborhood, our team is ready to welcome a fully bilingual with a supervisor background individual to fulfill the **Assistant Manager** position and join our Distribution team.

Here we prep, cook, assemble and package (with love) fresh vegan food to then deliver it to our restaurants and clients all around Québec.

What you will do:

- Ensure that daily production is performed and completed safely and efficiently
- Enforce MAPAQ, CNESST and Ville de Montreal regulations and requirements
- Ensure the quality of all products produced and packaged
- Motivate and coach employees to perform at their best
- Assist in the organization and development of the department
- Assist in the development of task lists and training documents
- All other tasks associated to the department
