The Fertility Partners is a rapidly growing network of fertility clinics in North America, with a focus on building success for our clinics through delivery of world-class medical outcomes and best-in-class patient experiences. Since our first fertility clinic acquisitions in 2020, we’ve developed tremendous momentum in the marketplace and have grown to 14 IVF centres with over 30 clinic locations coast-to-coast across Canada from Victoria to Moncton, and in the United States.

**The Role**:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will develop and execute marketing programs to build best-in-class performance at clinics in the TFP network. You will be actively contributing to growth strategies, ensuring the integrity of best-in-class brands, and smartly implementing scalable marketing infrastructure and processes that maximize performance across individual clinics while contributing to the overall network strategy.

You are analytical, resourceful and self-driven in ability get things done, and passionate about results. You have high competence within an early-stage business environment where you’re expected to demonstrate comfort with independently developing solutions grounded in insights you’ve formed from available data and with limited guidance. In alignment with TFP values, you are skillful in building trust-based collaborative relationships with partner clinics.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing you will lead the delivery of Marketing initiatives at clinics across the TFP network.

As Marketing Manager, you will:

- Measure, monitor and report patient acquisition and conversion KPIs to derive insights and best practices to make decisions to optimize impact of marketing activities.
- Deploy and optimize demand generation, awareness, engagement and reputation building initiatives to achieve patient acquisition and revenue goals.
- Extend best-in-class branding effectively across patient & referrer touchpoints including digital channels, clinic onsite, collateral and more.
- Optimize websites for attraction and conversion performance, delivering on excellent user experience and capability to measure robustly.
- Develop and deploy pilot initiatives for new marketing strategies, patient experiences and services to test, optimize and produce learning that benefits the clinic network.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years in marketing roles focused on driving measurable growth for a business responsible for supporting multiple products or brands.
- 3+ years in managing agencies and freelance resources.
- Scaled marketing budgets to drive ROI positive performance.
- Healthcare experience preferred (but not necessary)
- Fluency in working French and/or Mandarin/Cantonese is helpful but not required.

**Competency Requirements**:

- Proven track record of achieving ambitious growth targets.
- High-level of comfort and passion for working with marketing performance data to analyze, develop insights and make decisions to optimize programs.
- Knowledgeable of digital marketing platforms and channels, including website CMS platforms, CRM and marketing automation platforms, SEO, Google Analytics 4, Google and Facebook Ads.
- Excellent communicator who takes pride in being clear and focused on written communications.
- Strong relationship builder who seeks to understand different stakeholders’ needs to align to a common purpose.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and exciting environment.
- Be an independent doer and thinker.

**Remuneration and Benefits**:

- Highly competitive base salary, plus variable compensation based on performance.
- Some local area travel may be required depending on the safety of travel and the health of the communities we are located in.
