Accounting Associate

What You Will Get To Do:

- Conduct day-to-day accounting transactions, including intercompany receivables and expenses
- Administrate employee expenses, including reviewing expenses for accuracy and completeness, provide guidance on employee expense related questions, track and maintain employee expense files
- Assist accounts payable team, includes verifying vendor banking information and updating the accounting system
- Reconcile and maintain accruals and expense accounts for Funds Canada business unit, prepare quarterly expense reports
- Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Accounting: 2+ years in the similar role
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
- Working knowledge of Workday is an asset
- Superior organization and prioritization skills, keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work under pressure in a strict deadline-oriented environment
- Willingness to work overtime as required during peak closing periods
