The position of Operations Manager is essential within the Executive Team. You serve as a crucial contributor to productivity, profitability, and retention as a key holder to the overall success of the office.

As an Operations Manager you will sit on the VP Team. Your direct reports will include the Service Manager, Project Coordinators, Office Team, and Warehouse Manager.

**You will be Accountable for the following**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations and identify opportunities for business excellence.
- Training and Development: Supervise the training and development initiatives for the staff at the location.
- In-House System ServiceTitan: Provide guidance for advancing tools and trends within the ServiceTitan field management system. Offer guidance to staff to ensure effective utilization. Enhance existing features in ServiceTitan for improved usability.
- Continuous Communication: collaboration with branch managers at other locations

**At this location, you are accountable for**:

- Retention and Job Satisfaction: Accountable for the retention and job satisfaction of employees.
- Efficient Warehouse Operations: Ensure the efficient operation of warehouses.
- Inventory Management: Ensure completion of cycle counts with a process for replenishment, cleanup, and organization.
- Productivity and Profitability: Drive productivity and profitability of installation and service.
- Implementation of Processes and Procedures: Ensure processes and procedures from the head office are effectively implemented.
- Strategic Planning and Delegation: Formulate plans, assign accountability to individuals, and set timelines for desired results.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring the efficient delivery of products and services, managing a team, and driving business growth.
- Fleet Management: Manage fleet requirements, including trucks, tools, and equipment.
- Problem-Solving and Escalation: Serve as the final escalation point for resolving issues.
- HR Collaboration for Compliance: Work closely with HR to ensure branch compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry certifications.
- Safety Protocols: Implement safety protocols to safeguard employees.
- Leadership in Operations Meetings: Lead all weekly internal operation meetings in L10 format.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Maintain key stakeholder relationships.
- Weekly Reporting: Provide weekly reports on branch performance.
