As our HR Manager, you are a key member of the senior management team and is responsible for all human resource activities throughout the operation, including the Occupational Health and Safety Program. You’ll be able to jump right in and make this position your own given your **strong coaching and development skills** and desire for **continuous improvement**. You love a **fast-paced environment**, which will pair seamlessly with our Talent Acquisition team as you’ll assist in hiring the **best and brightest** throughout our industry.
