**Job Overview**: We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Municipal Sewer Foreman. The Municipal Sewer Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the maintenance, repair, and construction of municipal sewer systems. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in sewer infrastructure, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sewer maintenance and construction crews.
- Plan and schedule sewer maintenance and repair projects to ensure timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the installation, repair, and replacement of sewer lines, manholes, and related infrastructure.
- Ensure that work crews adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate sewer projects and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work activities, materials used, and project costs.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in sewer maintenance or construction is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sewer maintenance, construction, or related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of sewer system operations, maintenance techniques, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience supervising and motivating a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 10 months

**Salary**: From $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
