**Position Summary**:
As a Labourer you are responsible for running the Sulphur Recovery Unit (SRU) on a client site. You will understand the regulatory and operating approvals, Standard Operating Procedures and Critical Tasks, and ERP. You will also have excellent customer service skills as you will be interacting with the client, truck drivers and other Secure departments. The shift rotation is 1 week in 1 week out, flying from either Edmonton International Airport or Calgary International Airport. This is a camp accommodations project.

***Customer Service**

Responsible to develop and understand the foundation building of the Secure culture of Superior Customer Service towards our Internal & External customers.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

- Responsible for knowing and following the Standard Operating Procedures and mastering critical tasks
- Responsible for operating the Sulphur loading rack, where Sulphur is loaded into trucks from a pipeline to then be transported.
- Responsible for operating the Sulphur block where Sulphur is poured to a block through pipelines.
- Adhering to molten sulphur truck loading schedules
- Conducting sulphur block pouring
- Maintaining general housekeeping duties
- Ensuring regular checks are completed
- Collecting notes and regular reporting
- Be courteous to co-workers, truck operatives etc.

**Qualifications/Competencies**

The individual in this role will have:

- A High School Diploma, General Education Diploma or equivalent
- Valid and current safety tickets, including H2S Alive, First Aid Level One C, WHIMS, TDG
- Previous oilfields experience an asset
- Previous experience working with Sulphur is an asset
- A strong attention to detail, communication skills and with the ability to work long hours in a mentally and physically demanding work environment
- Must be able to document their work, perform and manage cross shift communication and ensure strategic communication with multiple stakeholders
- Must be able to multi-task and demonstrate excellent decision-making skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and safe work practices
- A valid and acceptable Driver’s license and successful completion of Pre-employment testing
- Must be able to fly to work and stay away from home for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work outdoors year round
- Must comply with the company’s HSE policy as well as compliance with legislation.
