This position will fulfill all responsibilities and activities in close cooperation with Property Managers, Property Accountants, Property Administrators, and contractors and service providers. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a positive experience for prospective and current tenants in the handling of move-in/out, showing suites, coordination of maintenance work orders, liaising with tenants, posting notices, and administration of all relevant tenant paper work.
- Enforce the provisions of the Residential Tenancy Act
- Manage all building maintenance requirements to the highest standard.
- Promote tenant satisfaction through the timely resolution of complaints, ongoing communication, and by ensuring the property is in a clean, safe, and orderly state of repair.
- Ensure that the appearance and physical aspects of the building(s) meet Devon standards and owner established standards by ensuring general maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely manner, cleaning and maintaining all common areas, and by communicating concerns and requests to the Building or Property Manager.
- Coordinate work activities and services from vendors and other contractors as needed by coordination of work orders, and ensuring open communication between contractors, owners, and project team members.
- Attend to the collection and safe deposit of all rent monies and other receivables from the tenants.
- Audit amenities such as parking and storage.
- Complete various administrative tasks and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in property rental administration (multi-residential), hospitality, or seniors housing is an asset.
- Basic maintenance and repair skills.
- Computer proficiency with the ability to manage all required paper work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to listen to others, collaborate and resolve conflict.
- Detail oriented with ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Energetic, responsive team player with the ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle at all times during employment
- Completion of a criminal record check satisfactory to the employer
- Ability to work flexible hours
