We are seeking Tours Supervisors who have a desire to lead a team of tour guides to create World Class experiences for our visitors. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Rogers Centre tours program, ensuring world class experiences for our visitors.

This is a **part-time contract position from February 2025 to October 2025** with the possibility of extension.

**This role may be for you if**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Rogers Centre tours.
- Lead and coach the tour guides to ensure a world class visitor experience, including scheduling, training, coaching, briefing, and collecting feedback from the tour guides.
- Act as a first point of contact for any complaints or negative feedback received.
- Ensure company standards and policies are upheld.
- Ensure ongoing and open communication with management, outlining any key events on the end of shift report.

**Qualifications**:
**_ Must be available to work year-round and work evenings, weekends and holidays as _**_required_**_._**
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service role.
- 1-2 years supervisor or leadership experience is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated leadership skills including motivating and coaching teams.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, with a focus on fostering an inclusive environment.
- Must be flexible and adaptable
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to react quickly to confrontational situations and diffuse conflict.
- Knowledge and understanding of baseball, the Toronto Blue Jays, and Rogers Centre.
- Ability to speak another language is considered an asset.
- First aid certifications are considered an asset.
