Annual salary: $ 127,900.00 - 161,800.00

**Position Highlights**
Project Manages delivery of multiple Transmission & Distribution Systems Operations (TDSO) Capital Work Programs.
These work programs support on-going refresh and sustainment capital work initiatives for the Control Centres through
several streams within TDSO; including Telecom Operations, Telecom Management Systems (TMS), Control Centre Voice
Systems (CCVS), Reliability Coordinator (RC), Application Refresh and Security, Control Room Upgrades, and Minor
Capital. In addition to acting as Project Manager on various initiatives within the above work programs, this role will provide
support to our Capital Projects team to plan for and implement non-TDSO projects, specifically those managed by CIPD and
PCM.

**What you'll do**
- Performs as a Project Manager for TDSO work programs. Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment,

identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.

** What you bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Business, or Environmental Sciences or equivalent.
- PMP Certification.
- 8 to 12 years related experience in field of expertise within an electric utility or similar environment, with considerable

project management knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in operational technologies.
- Experience related to Control Centres, power utilities, and/ or telecom is an asset.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced dynamic environment, adjusting strategies in response to context, and other challenges.
- Highly agile, collaborative, innovative and resourceful individual with a focus on exceptional service delivery.
- Excellent report writing, communication, facilitation, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Well developed planning, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic mindset; ability to bring definition to a problem with an unclear path forward.
- Ability to leverage cross-company network and build strong relationships to achieve goals.
