Faculty/ Unit : The School of Continuing Studies, Management and Entrepreneurship

Representative responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support the design, development, and delivery of credit and non-credit programs for undergraduate and graduate student and pa students while maintaining academic rigour;- Help to identify, recruit, and mentor course lecturers, guest speakers, and visiting practitioners;- In collaboration with the Associate Dean of Academic and Faculty Affairs and the Academic Director of the domain, facilitate the orientation of new and existing course lecturers with regard to teaching, course design, and assessment best practices.- Contribute to developing online courses in collaboration with the SCS instructional design team, course lecturers, and relevant stakeholders.- Ensure programs are in alignment with industry and job market needs by working closely with relevant professional associations and business organizations.- Contribute to the strategic goals and values of the School and University, such as community and international engagement, and create an inclusive and diverse teaching and learning environment- Perform any additional duties as assigned.

- .- An ability to seek, write and manage grants or contracts.- Knowledge of online, virtual, and blended course development, delivery, and needs assessment and evaluation.

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities:
- Graduate degree conferred or near completion in a related field.- Proven record of relevant professional work experience, as well as teaching experience at the university or corporate level.- A PMP or PMI-ACP designation (in good standing) from the Project Management Institute and experience in Agile methodologies are important assets.- Knowledge of French and English.
