**Field Sales Representative - Organic Ocean (Toronto, ON)**

**Position Overview**:
This is not just a sales position—it’s an opportunity to be a change-maker in the sustainable seafood landscape. We’re looking for a passionate, ambitious Field Sales Representative to help shape the future of premium, sustainable seafood in Ontario. Based in Toronto, this role focuses on managing and growing existing accounts while also developing new business opportunities across food service, retail, and wholesale sectors. This role holds enormous potential for the right individual to be exceptionally successful while making a social and environmental impact by introducing premium sustainable seafood to chefs, retailers, and other key customers in the region.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Account Growth and Development**: Build strong relationships with existing accounts and drive new business across Ontario, introducing Organic Ocean’s premium seafood to chefs, retailers, and culinary innovators.
- **Strategic Sales Execution**: Develop and implement a territory business plan, conducting cold calls, site visits, and presentations that align with market trends and customer needs to support growth in line with Organic Ocean’s mission.
- **Customer Engagement and Negotiation**: Focusing on sustainability and product quality, negotiate terms and pricing to achieve beneficial outcomes.
- **Pipeline and Performance Management**: Create and manage a robust sales pipeline and track progress, providing regular updates on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within the food or seafood industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario food service and retail market, with proven experience in client relationship management.
- Highly self-motivated with excellent organizational skills, capable of working independently and achieving results.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated history of sales success and customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required within the territory.

Pay: $63,092.00-$70,204.00 per year
