We are currently looking for insurance representatives to join our team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, a team player and enjoy networking to build your client base, then you could be a great fit for our team.

At our brokerage you will thrive in a great environment suited for success. We will provide you with training and coaching to build a portfolio of clients.

Our insurance broker role requires a sales-oriented and outgoing individual to network, foster relationships, and generate leads. The individual will grow and maintain their book of business with an exceptional compensation structure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business through new and existing networks and centers of influence
- Follow-up with prospects to close leads
- Ability to identify and solve our clients changing insurance requests
- Adhere to underwriting guidelines set out by broker business partners
- Build and maintain professional relationships with insurers and underwriters
- Promote client loyalty through relationship building
- Underwrite and accept risks within established guidelines
- Able to multitask service and new business policies
- Flexibility to work from office or home

**Qualifications**:

- RIBO, OTL, or LLQP licence
- Sales focused, driven to go out create referral partners from various business sources Ability to generate leads through various sources
- Independent, ambitious, accountable, and open to learning new sales tactics
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a positive attitude and client focused Looking to grow within a rapidly expanding brokerage
- Experience: 1 Year of property and casualty insurance experience is required *
- License or certification: RIBO, OTL, or LLQP **

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
