**Compugen is seeking an Organizational Development Consultant for a 9 month contract working remotely. You will serve as member of a diverse team on a multiyear transformation project.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate discussions with assigned stakeholders through super user and leader engagement networks
- to enable two-communication about change impacts to their people, processes and technology.
- Identify people risks, work with the impacted leaders and other people support teams to mitigate.
- Leverage an Agile change management approach to execute targeted communication and engagement plans; partnering with OCM team members and people support teams to develop, communicate, and measure stakeholder readiness journeys.
- Develop and deliver associated deliverables in partnership with system integrator and client’s OCM resources to support assigned stakeholder groups their change journey.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders on the effectiveness of change activities and recommend adjustments to programming as required.
- Provide change leadership coaching to assigned stakeholder managers and super users in performing their change roles to support go live readiness.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years experience leading change management initiatives
- PROSCI, ACMP, or some other type of change management certification a strong asset
- Need to be familiar working in a project environment and familiar with agile methodology
- Experience with change management in a large organization
- Demonstrated critical thinking, analysis and business acumen skills

**Assets**:

- Government or Crown Corporation experience an asset
- Experience with transformation change
- Experience on large agile IT projects
- Experience with Agile project/change management delivery
