- Enthusiasm for working outdoors.
- Driver's License.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Previous landscaping, horticultural and/or cemetery experience and demonstrated interest in working outdoors.
- Heavy equipment operator training/certification is nice to have.
- Integrated Pest Management (IPM) certification is nice to have.
- Facilities management experience and training would be an asset.
