We sell, install and service products related to outdoor spaces, including playgrounds, splash pads, shelters, site furnishings and more. We pride ourselves on carrying our industry’s highest quality products and providing construction & aftermarket services to ensure that those products are durable, safe and engaging for many years to come.

**The Role**

We are looking for someone who can help with Attracting, Differentiating, Nurturing and Converting new business:

- ATTRACT more targeted, qualified visitors to our website
- DIFFERENTIATE our business and products or services from competitors in the marketplace
- NURTURE marketing qualified leads through their sales process to ultimately close high value sales
- CONVERT more qualified leads from visitors to our website

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Responsible for planning, building, implementing, monitoring and reporting on Google Ads Search and Display campaigns as well as LinkedIn Advertising campaigns
- Manage various vendor relationships
- Create blog content for multiple brands within ABC Recreation’s family of businesses
- Ensure SEO best practices are in place for all websites
- Develop content and wireframe for new web pages
- Monitor analytics platforms to understand user behaviour
- Daily use of CRM software (Sugar) to account for all leads generated by digital marketing and to report on ROI
- Other marketing and sales support as required

**Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Business
- 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing
- Ability to multi-task
- Creativity
- Adaptability
- Strong verbal, written and organizational skills
- Public speaking experience would be an asset
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- CRM experience an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
