A team comprised of the Applications/System Analysts, Software Development, and the Business Analysis/Business Relationship Management professional staff will report into this role.
**What You Will Do**:
- Review legacy technology to determine whether it requires enhancements, upgrades, or replacement, attain required approvals, and lead implementation of those actions/projects.
- Ensure successful implementation of existing system enhancements, upgrades, updates, patches, and fixes to ensure optimal system performance, data integrity, and reliability.
- Develop and lead a collaborative and Agile software development approach that improves velocity, while maintaining a strong focus on both quality and scalability.
- **
Implementing projects to achieve the target state ecosystem**:
- Identify emerging technology trends, especially in the area of SaaS and cloud computing, and ensure the company is leveraging them when appropriate to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and drive value.
- Evaluate installed software solutions and identify areas to improve standards, simplify, enhance functionality and/or transition to solutions to improve supportability.
- **
Enhancing Business Analysis and BRM capability to enable accelerated transformation**:
- Enhance the capability and impact of the Business Analysis and Business Relationship Management capability and experience to become indispensable, value-added partners to IO business division executives.
- Develop a practical and working knowledge of business processes; partner with diverse business and technology stakeholders to drive business and systems requirements discovery, analysis, and review, from concept, through business case approval and implementation.
- Identify opportunities for innovation to ensure success in an increasingly competitive, complex, and fast-moving landscape.
- Maintain effective relationships with business leaders across the organization to collect information about their IT needs and to lead the IT intake process to prioritize delivery of approved projects.

- Lead, engage, develop and coordinate a team of professional and technical staff in providing IT services to a customer centric organization that is undergoing considerable transformation.
- Cultivate a culture and operating model which promotes excellence in customer, operations, and employee service delivery.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Proven experience successfully leadingthe development and delivery of multiple complex business technology solutions into production.
- Advanced knowledge of emerging trends and developments in PaaS, SaaS, cloud, AI, Machine Learning and other digital technologies.
- Demonstrable expertise in business analysis, business relation relationship management, and business process re-engineering
- Excellent people skills with ability to develop and maintain professional relationships across a matrixed organization
