Multi-mode Analyst

Armour Transportation Systems has an opening for a Multi-Mode Analyst at Moncton.
- Knowledge: Intermodal Transportation industry knowledge, dispatch and dock operations knowledge, and intermodal equipment knowledge is required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day communication, via phone and satellite, with an assigned fleet of Intermodal drivers to ensure proper load instructions are passed along and carried out.
- Analyze & provide reports and updates of equipment traffic flow patterns within the Multimode & Intermodal operations
- Coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure the most cost-effective utilization of Intermodal equipment is maintained.
- Ensure that ERP Systems are up to date for Intermodal, DRP & Resellers are maintained with accuracy.
- Meet Payable Container customer requirements at every stage of the dispatching process.
- Manage booking, inventory and release and invoicing for all reseller moves.
- Identify areas for improvement and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
