Visionpool Business Services is hiring a Vendor Management Associate. This position will be required to be onsite in Regina, SK 2 days per week, while the other days can be worked remotely from home.

**Role Description**:
Resourcing and Invoicing Vendor Management Associate
This role will be to assist 3 staff in their day-to-day duties, and provide backfill for them in the case of time away. One third of the role will be to work with our Invoicing and Contract Administrator on processing monthly consultant invoices for professional services and travel expenses and assisting with the month end accrual process. Another third of the role will be to work with our Invoice Administrator on IT hardware related invoicing, mobile and land line phone support and invoicing, and creating purchase orders in SAP. The last third of the role will be to assist our current Vendor Management Associate in engaging and managing IT's contingent workforce. This includes releasing Request for Resources (RFR's) to vendors, sending SOW's for signature through Docusign, creating purchase orders in SAP, and tracking all contingent workforce contracts in Service Now. This role will support these folks on a daily basis with any tasks required, with the goal to be for this person to backfill for any of these resources when they are away.

Demonstrated exceptional customer experience.
Minimum 2 years of IT experience. Must understand the world of IT hardware, professional services, and IT software subscriptions, and be able to understand IT concepts, language and acronyms.
Minimum 2 years of IT contract and invoice management.
Demonstrated strong working knowledge of Excel

**Nice to Have Skills**:
Service Now skills
Experience creating purchase orders in SAP
Experience routing documents for electronic signature - preferably with Docusign
