Lafarge Construction provides Construction services in the City of Edmonton and surrounding areas. Lafarge Construction is based in Edmonton, AB and is currently seeking a seasonal, full-time **Backhoe Operator.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Pre and post trip inspections.
- Minor truck and equipment maintenance.
- Operate and maintain a track hoes and all attachments.
- Trenching
- Fine grading & finishing
- Excavation
- Backfilling
- Clean up sites.
- Other labour duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
- Min 2 years of experience operating a back hoe
- Knowledge of City of Edmonton Specifications
- Mechanically Inclined
- Knowledge of the City of Edmonton and surrounding area
- Ability to read survey markings.
