**Working Arrangement**

Individual Responsibilities:

- Lead cross-functional teams to execute on medium to high value/complexity sourcing projects and contracting efforts
- Lead supplier negotiations particularly for large complex transactions, and ensure execution of developed strategy
- Determine sourcing strategy and conduct analysis and negotiations for projects.
- Generate and leverage market and supplier intelligence and data for development of sourcing and negotiation strategies.
- Work with business partners to collect and finalize requirements necessary to evaluate and select suppliers
- Establish deal teams for large sourcing engagements
- Develop terms sheet based on negotiation strategies, with input from the business partners.
- Drive and lead the contract negotiation process, with consultative support, as required, from legal and risk.
- Track, monitor, and manage sourcing and contracting agenda across the category including progress, risk, and benefits development and realization
- Interface directly with business partners and vendor/contract managers
- Influence requirements from business partners necessary to evaluate and select suppliers
- Conduct baseline and market analysis, develop sourcing strategy and conduct contract negotiations
- Provide sourcing thought leadership and day-to-day oversight of resource activities
- Be responsible for the accuracy of contract archives
- Track expirations of existing contracts and develop work plan for renewals, interact with legal and drafting teams to incorporate results of negotiations into contract documents
- Provide supporting analytics to finance team to validate realized savings
- Manage relations with key business partners and project owners to develop/maintain strong working relationships

**Job Requirement**:

- **Market Data experience will be an asset**:

- **Solid sourcing experience in Financial, IT and Investment categories**:

- **Experience with vendors such as Simcorp, Broadridge, Moodys, Charles River, Bloomberg, Factset, Morningstar, Blackrock will be considered an asset**:

- **Experience in creating sourcing strategy**:

- Undergraduate degree (business preferred)
- 4+ years of progressive business experience in global supply chain management
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices
- In-depth experience and expertise with supplier contractual terms and conditions to mitigate legal and business risk
- Experience with sourcing and procurement systems and tools
- Solid analytical skills
- Problem analyzer and decision maker - effectively searches and uses industry and market insights; able to assimilate, synthesize, and present complex information in a value-added form; attention to detail; evaluates feasibility and practicality of ideas and options; takes ownership and makes informed and timely decisions.
