**Position Overview**

Santec Canada is looking to add a Marketing Manager to the team. The purpose of this position is to support marketing priorities for the international market. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the General Manager and Product Line Manager to manage data analytics, marketing communications, campaigns, logistics planning and coordination.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain company website, writing and uploading content as required
- Compile data analytics
- Design and maintain the company catalogue and advertising material
- Compose product/company descriptions, newsletters, and press release content
- Coordinate tradeshows
- Identify new opportunities for Santec Canada through market research and attending fiberoptic conference shows
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Degree level education, preferably in marketing or engineering
- Knowledge of SEO
- Experience with compiling data analytics
- Creativity and artistic skills
- Flexibility and ability to travel occasionally
- Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Windows, and basic programming)
- Familiarity with the fiberoptic market would be an asset
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills

**Working Conditions**
- Involves occasional international travel
- May be required to work additional hours while travelling
- Exposure to risks associated with lasers, UV lights, fiber and other related hazards

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
