**Recruiter** to join our Talent team in Toronto.

**What will you do?**:

- Design job postings and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Collaborate with the Talent team on HR projects and initiatives to enhance the Talent team’s contribution to Allied.

**What are we looking for?**:

- 2 to 3 years of work experience in Recruitment.
- University degree or college diploma.
- Familiarity with talent sourcing channels like LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both orally and in writing.
- A demonstrated ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
- An understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Would be an asset:_
- Bilingual (French and English).
