Your role extends to providing advisory and supportive functions to dedicated partners, contributing to significant developmental projects within your field. Responsibilities include conceptualizing learning activities, implementing skill development processes, and collaborating closely with stakeholders. Additionally, you'll oversee new employee integration, assess training effectiveness, and manage budget and contracts for training providers.

Vos responsabilités incluront la conception d'activités d'apprentissage, la gestion des processus de développement des compétences, et la supervision de l'intégration des nouveaux employés, tout en évaluant l'efficacité de la formation et en gérant le budget et les contrats des prestataires de formation.

**In this role, you will**:

- Assess training needs and opportunities in skill development to determine desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various disciplines to identify training needs based on job analyses and career development plans.
- Identify and analyze training requirements aligned with business challenges, determining best strategies.
- Develop learning objectives, training solutions (in-person, online, and virtual classroom), and action plans, actively participating in their implementation.
- Implement strategies and tools to ensure skill development across different mediums.
- Lead development initiatives for managers, including informal learning methods like co-development groups.
- Stay updated on training trends, emerging approaches, and best practices, adapting training content to evolving workplace dynamics.
- Evaluate potential training providers and negotiate contracts.
- Oversee the assessment and continuous improvement of training programs and projects.
- Plan and manage budget allocations for training activities, monitoring expenses.
- Spearhead the establishment of an e-learning portal accessible via internal channels, overseeing content management.

**What we're looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Communication Studies, Organizational Development, or a relevant field.
- Experience in the tech or video game industry is required.
- Experience in developing e-learning modules (an asset).
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English
- Proficiency in coordinating activities and timelines with diverse stakeholders.
- Effective multitasking and time management skills.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (an asset)
- Advanced proficiency in computer systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, collaboration platforms, etc.).

**Dans ce rôle, vous devrez**:

- Évaluer les besoins et les opportunités de formation pour le développement des compétences afin de déterminer les résultats souhaités.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes de différentes disciplines pour identifier les besoins en formation basés sur les analyses de poste et les plans de développement de carrière.
- Identifier et analyser les exigences en formation alignées sur les défis, en déterminant les meilleures stratégies.
- Développer des objectifs d'apprentissage, des solutions de formation (en présentiel, en ligne et en classe virtuelle) et des plans d'action, en participant activement à leur mise en œuvre.
- Mettre en œuvre des stratégies et des outils pour garantir le développement des compétences sur différents supports.
- Diriger les initiatives de développement pour les managers, y compris les méthodes d'apprentissage informelles comme les groupes de co-développement.
- Rester informé des tendances en matière de formation, des approches émergentes et des meilleures pratiques, en adaptant le contenu de la formation à la dynamique évolutive du lieu de travail.
