**Job Summary**:
The Production Manager will oversee the entire production process within the printing facility, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of printing processes and technologies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Production Operations**: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative and highly motivated work environment.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure all printed materials meet company standards and client specifications.
- **Resource Management**: Coordinate with procurement and inventory management teams to ensure adequate materials and supplies are available for ongoing projects.
- **Process Improvement**: Analyze production procedures and workflows to identify areas for improvement, reducing waste and increasing efficiency.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in preparing and managing the production budget to meet financial objectives while maintaining quality standards.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all production activities follow safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, design, customer service and logistics) to facilitate communication and ensure project deadlines are met.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on production metrics, including productivity, quality, and efficiency, for General Manager to review.

- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage printing operations
- Proven leadership abilities to supervise and motivate a team
- Experience in overseeing print production processes
- Knowledge of print equipment and technologies
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $75,421.00-$100,096.25 per year
